Donald Trump’s gag order was expanded in the New York hush money trial, while the former president once again falsely claimed that he had to post the $175 million bond so he could appeal the massive New York fraud trial judgment worth $454 million.

Justice Juan Merchan, who is overseeing Donald Trump’s New York hush money trial, made it clear that the president is not allowed to attack his family, nor is he allowed to attack the family members of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. This came after Trump continued to attack Judge Merchan’s daughter after he first imposed the gag order against him.

Originally, the gag order only stopped the former president from attacking court staff, potential jurors, and witnesses, as he previously did in his other cases. With Merchan’s clarification, this meant that Trump was not allowed to attack the judge’s daughter anymore.
