CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A new Corpus Christi facility has opened. It’s focus? Extracting gas, from garbage.
The landfill gas to energy facility officially opened Wednesday.
It extracts gas and turns it into clean and renewable natural gas.
Revenue from the new facility will help provide a sustainable energy opportunity for the Coastal Bend –with the energy conversion helping to battle climate change.
