ARKANSAS STATE POLICE SAY DAVID MICHAEL PEMBERTON WAS KILLED AFTER 20- YEAR-OLD NOAH CARGILL CRASHED INTO HIS VEHICLE. A REPORT FROM THE FAYETTEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT SAYS THEY TALKED TO WITNESSES WHO SAW THE CRASH. ONE WITNESS EVEN TOLD POLICE SHE CHECKED ON BOTH DRIVERS AFTER THE CRASH.
