IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Former Iowa Basketball superstar Caitlin Clark is joining the Indiana Fever, and could soon make a record-breaking new deal.
The Athletic reports Clark is nearing an eight figure endorsement deal with Nike, and is also expected to receive her own Nike shoe.
The deal is expected to be one of the most lucrative sneaker deals in the WNBA.
Clark’s previous deal with Nike finished at the end of her season with the Hawkeyes.
She was officially introduced as a member of the Indiana Fever on Wednesday.
