Valiant Cross annual fundraiser to go towards new HVAC system [Video]

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) -Valiant Cross Academy is holding its biggest fundraiser of the year, a breakfast set for Thursday morning, 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., at Prevail Union, 39 Dexter Avenue.

The 5th annual Breakfast with the Scholars is changing formats this year to a “block party” style event, but the purpose of supporting the school remains the same.

Valiant Cross Academy is an all-male school and leadership academy led by brothers Anthony and Frederick Brock, both educators who are committed to creating a school that addresses some of the biggest issues facing young African American males. The young men at Valiant Cross Academy learn honor, integrity, discipline, respect, and love, and they learn they can overcome tough obstacles and become anything they want in life.
