On the occasion of Safer Internet Day, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) and Meta have joined forces to roll out a nationwide programme aimed at assisting students in managing stress associated with exams.
According to a press release issued by Meta, the potential negative impact of exam-related pressure on students’ mental health could lead to issues such as anxiety and depression. Meta said the primary objective of this programme is to equip students with tools and resources to effectively cope with stress, emphasising the importance of mental health and well-being.
This initiative aligns with NCPCR’s ongoing efforts to address mental health concerns among the youth in India, the release stated.
