DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Ltd gained more than 3% on Thursday, March 21, after the company said it has collaborated with Hadron Aviation to jointly work to create drone-related diploma and certificate programmes.

In this partnership, Hadron Aviation will host DroneAcharya’s extensive courses at its centres. The courses will cover various aspects such as drone building, drone data processing, python for GIS and drones, drone racing, drones in agriculture, and drones in disaster management, DroneAcharya said in a stock exchange filing.

The DGCA-certified drone pilot training will remain exclusive to DroneAcharya’s centres.

DroneAcharya holds the distinction of being India’s leading DGCA-certified training organisation, having trained over 700 certified drone pilots to date, making it India’s first private DGCA-certified drone training organisation to achieve this milestone. “Our aim is to jointly build a group of 1,000 trained and certified drone-centric workforce in the first year itself,” said Prateek Srivastava, Founder and Managing …
