FBI Director Christopher Wray on Tuesday confirmed the agency’s assessment that a laboratory mishap in Wuhan, China was the probable source of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a Fox News interview, Wray made his first public remarks on the FBI investigation into the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying that the agency has evaluated “for quite some time” that the COVID-19 origin is “most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan,” as reported by CNN.

Wray noted that China has been doing everything to “thwart and obfuscate” actions to determine the COVID-19 Origin.

His COVID-19 Lab Leak Theory remarks follow the US Department of Energy’s “low-confidence” evaluation that COVID-19 most likely came from a laboratory leakage in China.
