Jamie Foxx health update: New details revealed about health scare [Video]

The actor has shared some additional information about what sidelined him last year.

ATLANTA — Jamie Foxx is revealing new details about the health scare that left him hospitalized in Atlanta last year.

Foxx was taken to the hospital after a “medical complication” on April 11, 2023. At that time, he was in Atlanta working on the film “Back in Action,” a Netflix movie also starring Cameron Diaz.

While Foxx has since returned to TV, details about what led to the hospitalized have remained murky.

“Look, April 11 last year, bad headache, asked my boy for an Advil (snaps fingers), I was gone for 20 days,” Foxx said. “I don’t remember anything. So they told me — I’m in Atlanta — they told me—my sister and my daughter took me to the first doctor.”
