Vermont and Northern New York have become quite the hot bed for elite hand cyclists, and the regions depth in the division was on full display in Boston during a sunny Marathon Monday.Putney’s Alicia Dana won her third Boston Marathon in as many tries after posting a blazing 1:15:20 time to beat out her 2023 performance by two minutes and 55 seconds.
