Raquel Welch’s cause of death back on Feb. 15 has been revealed.
According to a death certificate obtained by TMZ, the former actress and model died of cardiac arrest. She was 82 years old.
Along with that, the certificate noted that Welch had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, and that may have contributed to her death.

Per TMZ: “According to the National Institutes of Health, 90% of people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital die, typically within minutes.”
Welch was at her Los Angeles home at the time of her death.
A Golden Globe winner, Welch “passed away peacefully early this morning after a brief illness,” manager Steve Sauer told People back in February.
She made her film debut in the mid-1960s, breaking out with her performances in Fantastic Voyage and One Million Years B.C. in 1966.
