Cicero, N.Y. — A Syracuse man was arrested Thursday after Cicero police caught him attempting to retrieve a card skimmer from a credit union ATM, police said.
Gherghe Nister, 42, was caught after police set up a surveillance detail at Americu at 6414 Route 31, said Cicero Police Chief Steve Rotunno.
Police were called to the credit union on Thursday where they found the card skimmer on the businesses exterior ATM, he said.
