MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WFSB) – Summertime means summer camps.

For some young Connecticut football players, summer camp with a couple of NFL quarterbacks is a great chance to learn from the best.

More than 100 kids came from all over Connecticut to get some up close and personal guidance from NFL quarterback, Tim Boyle.

“The first thing is just giving back, and then inspiring these kids, let them know they can do it,” Boyle said.

Boyle played at Xavier High School, then Eastern Kentucky, and has played for four different NFL teams.

“Yeah, I’ve had great support around men, family, friends, and work ethic is so important. If you can dream it, you can do it,” said Boyle.

Another quarterback success story, Will Levis, also from Xavier, played at Kentucky and was drafted last year by Tennessee.
