AN American man being investigated over the death of his wife in Malaga claims she died after they engaged in ‘rape roleplay’ and after she took an unspecified ‘substance’.
Bianca Pitman, 43, was found unresponsive inside The Clock House holiday flat at around 5.30am on Saturday.
According to reports in Spanish press, her husband ran out into the square – Plaza de Camas – and called for help, saying his wife was unconscious.
When emergency services arrived, they desperately tried to revive the mother-of-two, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police sources told Diario Sur that the husband, Jose Betancourt, 50, told investigators he and Bianca had enjoyed a horse-drawn carriage ride through the city before having dinner and ‘lots of tequila’ and sex until dawn.
