HONOLULU (Island News) — A couple of Downtown Honolulu office buildings are up for sale with one of these high-rises primed for a conversion to residential uses.
A new report released Friday by commercial real estate firm Colliers Hawaii says Alii Place and Topa Financial, which combine for more than 800,000 square feet of space, are being marketed for sale.
