A former FedEx office building in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood will soon become the home of Allentown Pediatrics.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A former FedEx office building in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood will soon become the home of Allentown Pediatrics.
DRE Interests Inc., an affiliate of Allentown Pediatrics, purchased 1775 Niagara St. and two adjacent parcels from FedEx Trade Networks Transport and Brokerage Inc. for $925,000, according to documents filed with the Erie County Clerk’s office.
FedEx Trade Networks is FedEx’s customs brokerage arm. It’s had offices in Tonawanda’s Riverview Solar Technology Park since 2014.
