APD: Man who exposed himself to child at Alaska Club arrested in Spenard [Video]

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A man who exposed himself to a girl at an Anchorage health club has been arrested on felony charges, Anchorage Police say.

Authorities began searching for 41-year-old Natchez Dunlap following a Feb. 10 incident at a South Anchorage location of the Alaska Club after a mother reported the man had exposed and touched himself in front of her 4-year-old daughter in the health club’s pool area.

Dunlap was arrested Thursday at 12:55 p.m. after officers located him at a residence in Anchorage’s Spenard neighborhood. He was then taken to the Anchorage Correctional Complex.

After the mother reported the incident to staff, the business revoked Dunlap’s membership but did not report the incident to police. A staff member told her that surveillance video did not show anything inappropriate had occurred.

But APD didn’t agree — after the mother reported the incident to APD, they reviewed surveillance footage …
