TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Every time the Arizona House representatives open their daily session, they open with a prayer.

But on Monday, April 1, that prayer took a turn.

Lupe Diaz, a preacher from Benson, gave a prayer that some said was more of a sermon.

It ran nearly five minutes and took aim at non-Christians, transgender people as well as President Joe Biden.
