MUNCIE, Ind. — A man has been charged in Delaware County after a Thursday morning police pursuit ended in a fatal crash near Ball State University.
According to court documents filed on Monday in Delaware County, 28-year-old Zacrey Antrim was charged by both Indiana State Police and Delaware County in relation to the pursuit and the crash. Antrim was charged by Indiana State Police for:
- One count of resisting law enforcement causing death, a Level 3 felony
- One count of resisting law enforcement causing serious bodily injury, a Level 5 felony
- One count of criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 6 felony.
In Delaware County, Antrim was charged with:
- One count of criminal recklessness, a Level 5 felony
- One count of disregarding a traffic control device, a Level 5 felony
- One count of disregarding a traffic control device, a Level 6 felony
- A misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
