A WOMAN has blasted an ‘audacious and disrespectful’ eviction notice which was sent to her and other tenants.

Alice Henke has resided at the Thornhill Mobile Home Community in Maryville, Tennessee — about 25 south of Knoxville – for a decade.

But the pensioner’s days appear to be numbered.

Alice and a cluster of other tenants say they were slapped with eviction notices from bosses during the Easter weekend.

The letter, seen by 10News, reportedly stated: “Your lease agreement at Thornhill expires March 31, 2024.

“Thornhill is not renewing your lease for an additional one-year term.

“This letter is notice that you have 90 days to vacate and remove your home and personal belongings from the Thornhill Community.

“The last day to vacate your property is June 30, 2024.”
