Battered ATM found chained to abandoned truck [Video]

CHAMBERS COUNTY, Texas — Investigators are still trying to get to the bottom of things after finding a battered ATM machine chained to an abandoned truck in Winnie early Saturday morning.

Chambers and Jefferson County Sherriff’s office responded to see a Black Dodge Ram in a Market Basket parking lot, dragging chains that were still wrapped tightly around an Education First ATM.

Investigators are still working to identify suspects and figure out what they may have made off with.
