A BELOVED chain restaurant will close all its locations today, even after opening two brand-new branches.
Boxer Ramen in Portland, Oregon shared a heartfelt message with customers and explained the reason for the unexpected change.
The chain will lose its four restaurants on April 29 after 11 years in operation.
Boxer Ramen had three spots in the Portland metro area and one branch in Beaverton.
Two of these spots were opened this year, with the Multnomah Village hitting the scene in January, and its Cedar Hills outlet opened in December, according to Willamette Week.
