BELTON, Texas — The Belton Police Department provided an update on the six puppies that were rescued from a trash bin at Heritage Park back on Feb. 12.
According to police, the puppies are all doing well in foster care. Most of the puppies have found their forever homes, a few are even going home with some of the staff at Belton PD.
The Belton Police Department gave the following update of Facebook:
“Our furry friends are full of energy and independent. The pups are developing personalities too: rowdy and playful, mellow and quiet, and a couple who love being the center of attention. The vet believes the puppies are a mixed breeds and will likely be 60 to 80 pounds when full grown. A few are going home with our staff and will remain part of the BPD family.”
