Big Bite food festival returns to Tulsa for 2nd year | News [Video]

TULSA, Okla. — The Big Bite food festival returned to Tulsa for its second year on Saturday.

The food festival was held Saturday at the Gateway Event Center, near 1st and Lansing, in downtown Tulsa.

“It’s a fun festival of food, we’ve got food, we got music, we got art, technology, and it’s a good time,” Big Bite co-founder Scott Carr said as he was handed a pie.

The event features food and drink from popular Oklahoma restaurants and breweries.

“What is so exciting about having Big Bite for the second year is the fact that we are featuring some of Oklahoma’s best restaurants, chefs, breweries and mixologists, we’ve put it all together in a very curated fashion and it’s just a really fun festival of Oklahoma,” Carr said.

Last year, the event had 12 restaurants and breweries, but this year they had 34.
