Sean Ash has a lot to be proud of. He’s an 11th-grade student at Wenonah High School (WHS) and a second-place winner of the National Career Development Conference.The conference was hosted by Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG). Ash is a JAG student at WHS. He’s just about done with his first year in the program. Last month students traveled to St. Louis for the national competition. Getting there wasn’t necessarily an easy process. Ash had to qualify with a district win. He came in fourth place in that competition. After advancing to the state level, he finished second place as well. Over 600 students competed for top honors in 11 categories. Ash took 2nd place for Prepared Speaking.”My vision was blurry.
