A calf was killed in Grand County over the weekend, also believed to be from a wolf, despite claims by a Colorado Parks and Wildlife official that the agency’s non-lethal efforts to stop the killing have “ceased depredation.” 

Meanwhile, a heifer was also killed in Grand County, according to Steamboat Radio. This heifer — a female that has not yet given birth) — was on the same ranch that lost four yearlings about 10 days ago.
