The attorney representing Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice held a conference on Thursday to discuss the Dallas Police Department investigation involving the Super Bowl champion.Rice’s attorney, Dallas state senator Royce West, spoke live at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the case.
