Deadly stabbing under investigation in Hartford [Video]

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – A man from Windsor was killed in a stabbing that took place Thursday night in Hartford, according to police.

Police identified the victim as 41-year-old Jason Williamson.

Authorities said it happened on Plainfield Street. Officers responded to the area for the report of an unresponsive man inside of a car.

The victim had a stab wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Police said they have been gathering physical evidence, witness accounts, and potential surveillance footage from the area.
