PHOENIX (AZ Family) — All eyes will be on the State Senate on Wednesday as they’re expected to take up the 1864 territorial abortion ban.
If they don’t act, State Attorney General Kris Mayes said that a near-total ban on this medical procedure would take effect on June 27. It’s a date many abortion providers in Arizona are watching closely.
