THE UNIVERSITY TELLS US TRI-DELTA VIOLATED THE SCHOOL’S CODE OF CONDUCT. A man was injured Thursday in a hit-and-run, and Durham police are searching for the person they believe carjacked him and sped away. Around 9 a.m., officers responded to the parking lot outside Staples located at North Duke Street.
