EarthFest expo teaches people how to be more environmentally friendly | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn. – At Northrop Community Education Center it was the 10th annual EarthFest Expo. There were 40 vendors ranging from Solar Connection to Conservation Minnesota. It wasn’t just vendors they also had classes on how solar energy is beneficial for your home and how fossil fuel can be harmful. 

EarthFest Expo Chairman Ivan Idso says getting educated is crucial in today’s time. 

“As we all know climate change and the damage to our planet is becoming worse all the time,” said Idson. “And quite frankly, we need to do it for our future generations and try to leave them a habitable planet.”
