NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Police Department is asking people to plan a little differently for their travel Tuesday morning.
Dominion Energy is working on lights at the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Ashley Phosphate Road beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say the work could take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours to complete.
Officers will be directing traffic at the intersection during this time. Motorists are asked to take alternate routes.
