Fists fly as mom attacks Mesa school bus driver for ‘disrespect’ [Video]

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Police have released disturbing edited surveillance video of an attack on a school bus driver by a mother earlier this week at a bus stop in Mesa.

The video begins with the unidentified bus driver stopping near McKellips Road and Country Club Drive, where multiple students get off the bus.

As a few remaining students get off, a woman, who police say is 27-year-old Hermenegilda Marquez, is heard saying, “Are you talking s*** about my daughter.” The driver doesn’t appear to have heard her the first time, so Marquez repeats what she said as she gets on the bus.

The bus driver then says, “No! Get off my bus.” Documents said the bus driver said she didn’t know Marquez or her daughter and reportedly told Marquez she hadn’t said anything to anyone.

The driver repeatedly tells her she needs to get off the bus. But Marquez can still be heard yelling and cursing at the bus driver.
