Fox News spent twenty solid minutes covering former President Donald Trump’s early-morning photo op with screaming fans at a construction site, wrapping up with banter about vomiting in the back seats of station wagons.

Thursday was a packed day for Trump, with Trump’s trial on 34 felony counts of allegedly falsifying business records to pay off porn star Stormy Daniels continuing in New York and his Supreme Court immunity hearing getting underway in Washington, DC.

Trump began the day with an early-morning campaign stop at a construction site, where he signed autographs and mingled with delirious fans, took questions from a few reporters, repeated many familiar themes, and then headed to the courthouse.

On Thursday’s  edition of Fox & Friends, the show’s co-hosts were joined by live on-the-spot correspondent Alexis McAdams to cover every minute of the stop with banter, Trump campaign statements, occasional snippets of Trump fielding questions, and that offbeat station wagon discourse.
