LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Gavin Gerch won the 2024 LPS Boys Golf Championships on Wednesday at Mahoney Golf Course in Lincoln.
After shooting a 2-under-par 68 at Mahoney Golf Course, Gerch outlasted Carson Kildow and Cameron Sanne in a 3-way playoff for the individual title. Gerch, a senior at Lincoln Southeast, also won the Heartland Athletic Conference championship earlier this season.
Lincoln East claimed the team title with a score of 283. The Spartans had four golfers finish in the top ten led by Sanne (68) and Carter Honnens (69).
