One of Harrisburg’s most diverse neighborhoods was selected as one of a handful of communities across the state to be targeted for revitalization over the next several years.
The Blueprint Communities PA Program on Monday afternoon welcomed teams from the 10 Pa. communities picked for the program, including Harrisburg’s Allison Hill neighborhood.
