A GIANT line of cars heading towards a tourist attraction has frustrated local drivers who say they’ve waited hours to get home.
Drivers said a quick trip to a store ballooned into a more-than-hour-long endeavor.
Don Shelton retired and moved to a home down the same street as the entrance for Blue Springs State Park in Florida, according to Central Florida-based Spectrum News 13.
Like Shelton, dozens of manatees migrate to the nearby state park in spring.
Thousands of drivers head to the park to get a glimpse of the marine mammals in nature.
But the traffic is siphoned into a single street with dozens of homes, including Shelton’s – the residents said the interest in the animals could set plans back hours.
