What is unique about Trump’s latest promotion of cable news is that he opted to cite comments from Watters that pushed a conspiracy theory about potential jurors in his Manhattan hush money trial, which seems a clear violation of Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order not to comment on or intimidate potential jurors.
