BOISE, Idaho — It was a day for remembrance, support and community. The lines at both Sid’s Garage locations in Boise and Meridian were longer than usual on Sunday. That’s because the restaurant is donating 100% of their burger sales to slain Idaho Deputy Tobin Bolter’s wife. Both locations are open until 8 p.m.
Owner Will Primavera said one of the core principles of the company is to support emergency personnel, military and law enforcement.
“So, for us, it really hits home. As soon as we found out about this, it was what can we do for the family? How much could we give to the family? How could we really help them the most?,” he said.
