The Kansas City Chiefs are considering alternatives to renovating Arrowhead Stadium after a proposed sales tax for renovations was rejected by Jackson County voters.That includes considering building a new stadium and parting ways with the Kansas City Royals in negotiations with the city, county, and state. It’s been just under a month since a failed vote on a 3/8th cent sales tax that would have helped pay for $800 million in renovations and improvements at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.Chiefs owner and CEO Clark Hunt discussed the new options for the team during the NFL Draft this weekend.
