During Good Energy Week, join KGW on April 23 for a shred day and April 25 for an e-cycle event.
PORTLAND, Ore. — KGW is excited to host two great recycling events. First is a KGW Shred Day, coming up on Tuesday, April 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at KGW. Viewers are encouraged to bring one bag of documents to shred. This free service is being provided by Shred NW, a leading local shredding company.
In addition, KGW will participate in FREE GEEK’s #TechNow campaign on Friday, April 26 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at KGW. Viewers can drop off old laptops, phones or tablets and FREE GEEK will clean them, securely wipe the hard drive, and refurbish or safely recycle them.

- Paperclips
- Binder clips
- Hanging file folders
- Staples
