Noem had just been in the news for being sued by a consumer advocacy group after doing a Texas cosmetic dentist promo video that had done work on her. Years ago in a biking accident Noem had all her front teeth knocked out and needed some adjustments to the replacements. She’ll now need to see the dentist again and a podiatrist after figuratively knocking out her front teeth a second time and shooting herself in both feet shotgunning to death her 14 month old wirehaired pointer puppy.
