Luxury vehicles stolen from car dealership [Video]

BLOUNT COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – Authorities in Blount County are searching for car thieves who stole over $1 million worth of vehicles from the North Country Ford Dealership in Arab.

Arab Police Chief Shane Washburn says this dealership took every safety precaution but, at the end of the day, a thief will always find a way.

Early Sunday, around 9:00 a.m., a cleaning crew arrived at the North Country Ford car dealership and noticed a broken window at the back of the business.

“They contacted us, and when we got there, we noticed that it looked like some filing cabinets had been gone through and things of that nature,” said Chief Washburn.

After contacting the general manager, it was discovered that eight vehicles were missing from the lot and 300 keys were missing out of the lock boxes where they were kept.
