EUCLID, Ohio – Here is the Euclid Police Blotter for April 29 through May 5.

Aggravated menacing: Tungsten Road

Police stopped a car on April 30 after getting a report that a man in the car had threatened to “shoot up” a business. Officers determined that the suspect had specifically threatened one person, a fellow employee.

Police officers who contacted the man found he had a semi-automatic pistol, ammunition and an extended magazine in his possession. This was after the man had failed to disclose the weapon when asked if he was armed by officers on scene.

It later was determined that the man, also in the presence of several Euclid police officers, telephoned another person who was found to be a protected party listed in a protection order against the suspect.
