Police say 16-year-old Alyssa Vlacil could be travelling to Arizona, she hasn’t been seen since April 23.

EMMETT, Idaho — The Gem County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating Alyssa Vlacil. Police said she has been missing since April 23.

According to police, Vlacil has suicidal tendencies and does not have her medication with her. They think she may be with a man named Jason Ohana and his mother and could be travelling to Arizona.

Vlacil is 16 years old, 5’6″, 165 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. She is also pale and freckled with piercings in her nose and ears. Police said she was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt, checkered pajama pants and a red Nike hoodie.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Gem County Sheriff’s Office at 208-365-3521.
