Mr. ORNG enters not guilty plea to crimes against children charges [Video]

PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) — The man many people know as Mr. ORNG appeared in court on Wednesday to enter his plea, just a day after he was officially indicted on child sex crime charges.

Patrick Battillo pleaded not guilty after he was officially charged last week on accusations of asking teen boys for sexual photos and videos of themselves for money.

A grand jury indicted Battillo on Tuesday on four counts of attempt to commit sexual exploitation of a minor, a class 3 felony.

The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said on Monday that the charges against Holly Holgate, the teacher who allegedly tipped Battillo off about the allegations and told him the police were coming for him, were sent back to the police for more investigation.

Battillo is a varsity basketball coach at Peoria High School.

According to the indictment, the incidents happened between February 2023 and April.
