Hopefully you were able to get outside and enjoy the comfortable weather on Saturday. Despite a few downpours in the afternoon, both Muncie and Shelbyville surpassed the 80° mark yesterday. Most areas had highs in the upper 70s, meaning temperatures were running more than 10° above average for late April!
You can expect another unseasonably warm day for central Indiana as temperatures reach the lower 80s. We have the high set for 82° in Indianapolis this afternoon, which is four degrees shy of the record for the date (86°). The area is going to stay dry today with partly sunny skies and strong winds out of the southwest.
