ASHLAND, Ore. – Noble Fox is opening their second restaurant in Ashland this weekend. Their soft launch started Tuesday, and the restaurant is at 101 Oak St.
The co-owner of the restaurant, Jeramie Mykisen, told NewsWatch 12 they’re excited to be a part of the community.
“Soft opening was great,” said Mykisen. “We opened on Tuesday night and did a community night where we welcomed in local businesses and friends of some of our staff to come in… then the grand opening is Friday at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting at 3 p.m.”
The Noble Fox brand expanded to Ashland from Silverton, OR. The restaurant took over the Standing Stone Brewery with future expansion into Hanson Howard Gallery and Em’z Blendz Soap Co.
Mykisen said Noble Fox opened their second restaurant in Ashland because of the opportunity to take over a brewery.
