Police search for man who may be suicidal, left KC area hospital against advice [Video]

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Police are searching for a missing man who was recently hospitalized for suicidal ideation and left a Kansas City area hospital against medical advice.

The Kansas City, Mo., Police Department says that Monte Fue, 20, has been reported as a missing and endangered individual. He was last seen at University Health Behavioral Services, 1000 E. 24th St. , where he left against medical advice.

The family told KCPD that Fue was recently hospitalized for suicidal ideations and suffers from anxiety, PTSD and panic disorder.

Fue has been described as a 20-year-old black man with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange long-sleeved shirt, gray pants and orange shoes.

Anyone with information about Fue’s whereabouts should report it to KCPD Missing Persons at 816-234-5043.
