Americans are standing firm in their belief that Prince Harry should suffer consequences if he is found to have lied on his US visa application.

The Duke of Sussex formally listed the US as his residence in a recent UK regulatory filing. Harry’s memoir Spare, released in January 2023, details his previous drug use.

But this has led to questions about how the royal bypassed strict questions on US forms that compel immigrants to disclose such such activity.

Hospitality worker David Turk in an interview with Daily Express US: “I think the law is the law. I don’t know what the consequences would be, but he should at least have to address the reason behind any lie on his application.

Asked if Harry should suffer consequences for any possible omission, restaurant manager Don Johnson said: “Yeah, like anybody else would, I don’t think he should be above the law.
